We’re thrilled to announce our exciting Hackettstown Spring Festival giveaway that rewards our valued neighbors like you! To participate, all you need to do is sign up for our email list to have a chance to win a FREE Portrait Session with Melissa Milano Photography plus an 11″x14″ Wrapped Canvas and it’s matching digital image, valued at $685. Additional images will be made available for purchase. However, please take a moment to review the following terms and conditions before entering the giveaway:

Eligibility:
a. The giveaway is open to individuals who are 18 years old or older at the time of entry.
b. Employees, affiliates, partners, or immediate family members of our company are not eligible to participate.

Entry:
a. To enter the giveaway, you must sign up for our email list using the designated signup form or link.
b. Each participant may only enter the giveaway once. Multiple entries will result in disqualification.
c. Entry details, including personal information, must be accurate and complete.

Giveaway Period:
a. The giveaway will begin on June 2, 2023 at 5:00 pm and end on June 3, 2023 at 10:00pm EST.
b. Entries submitted before or after the giveaway period will not be considered.

Winner Selection:
a. The winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries received during the giveaway period.
b. The winner will be notified via the email address provided during the signup process within 7 days after the giveaway ends.
c. If the winner does not respond within 5 days of the initial contact, an alternate winner may be selected.

Prize:
a. 1 Winner will receive a Complimentary Portrait Session at Melissa Milano Photography ($190 Value) as well as 1- 11″x14″ Wrapped Canvas professionally retouched and printed with the image of their choice and it’s matching digital image ($495 Value). Other session images will be made available for purchase at standard studio rates.
b. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or an alternative prize.
c. Any additional costs, including but not limited to taxes, shipping, or customs fees, are the responsibility of the winner.

Publicity:
a. By participating in the giveaway, you agree to allow us to use your name, likeness, and entry for promotional and marketing purposes without further compensation.

Privacy:
a. All personal information collected during the giveaway will be used solely for the purpose of administering the giveaway and will not be shared with any third parties.

General Conditions:
a. We reserve the right to disqualify any participant found to be violating these terms and conditions or attempting to manipulate or disrupt the giveaway.
b. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the giveaway at any time without prior notice.
c. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of New Jersey. Any disputes arising from or in connection with the giveaway shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Warren County, New Jersey.
